WORK ON WEEKDAYS, FAMILY ON WEEKENDS, AND EARN UP TO PHP20,000 MONTHLY + BENEFITS
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and collaborate with hiring managers to determine manpower needs
- Create and publish job advertisements in various portals
- Source and screen job applicants
- Conduct phone and face to face interviews
- Administer pre-employment exams
- Extend job offers
- Prepare onboarding of new hires
- Encode new hires’ information on HR information system
- Conduct new employee orientation
- Timekeeping
- Processing of statutory benefits of employees
- Help on payroll processing
- Maintain and update HRIS, particularly attendance and payroll system
- Perform other HR related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Salary : Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
Benefits : Health insurance
Supplemental Pay : 13th month salary, Overtime pay
