Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role :

The role focuses on maintaining optimal inventory levels by placing accurate orders, ensuring stores are well-stocked. It requires clear and consistent communication with on-the-ground teams through phone and text to coordinate daily operations. The position also involves troubleshooting operational issues, accurately tracking team hours and activities, and holding team members accountable for their responsibilities and performance. Ultimately, the role contributes to the company’s broader mission of continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Ensure the stores have the right amount of inventory in stock by placing the right orders
• Communicate effectively with on-the-ground teams by both phone and text to coordinate activities and facilitate operations
• Troubleshoot problems as they arise in operational processes
• Ensure accurate tracking of team hours and activities
• Hold team accountable for their responsibilities and performance
• Contribute to the overall mission of improving the company and enhancing operational smoothness
• Check camera systems to ensure they are operational
• Place orders for new inventory
• Serve as a coordinator between the back office and merchandising team in the field
• Join team stand-up meetings
• Use Slack for communication within the operations team
• Utilize SOP software to quickly create or update standard operating procedures.

Schedule :  4 day weekday work and 1 day weekend work (ST 8 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM or 10 : 00 AM - 8 : 00 PM (10-hour working day, which includes 1+ hours of breaks, taken at your convenience
