JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
Certified Public Accountant.
Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who are conversational and proficient in Mandarin & English.
With at least 5 years of experience in Accounting and finance background and 3-5 years of experience in Managerial roles.
With experience in accounting software and ERP systems.
Knowledgeable in Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and local tax regulations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Oversee the daily operations of the Accounting Department and provide support to the Head of Finance on various projects and tasks as required.
Manage tax audits and coordinate with tax authorities to ensure compliance with regulations.
Ensure the company’s adherence to accounting standards and stay updated on regulatory and best practice changes.
Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports, offering insights and recommendations to management for informed decision-making.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial information.
