Job descriptionFacilitate communication between Japanese companies and the local Philippine team. Execute and manage unit tests and other testing processes. Create test reports. Create test plans and specifications as needed. Translate and convey technical requirements. Support project progress management. Report to and explain to clients.
Required Experience :
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Japanese language proficiency of N2 level or higher.
- Experience in executing tests (unit tests or other testing processes) and creating reports.
- Strong communication skills.
Preferred Conditions :
Experience in creating test plans for unit tests, etc.
Experience in creating test specifications for unit tests, etc.
Experience in managing the process of unit tests, etc.
Development experience in embedded development (C language).
Project management experience.
Work experience in a Japanese company.
