We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Supervisor to lead our talent acquisition team and drive strategic hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruitment processes, team management, and building strong talent pipelines to support our organization's growth objectives.

What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise recruitment team operations and strategies
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition processes
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Monitor recruitment metrics and optimize hiring performance
- Mentor and coach junior recruitment staff
- Conduct high-level candidate interviews and assessments
