Senior Systems Engineer

Overview of Role as a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible responsible for sales and customer relationships for the products and services of the company.

Duties

1. Discuss and present to clients’ possible solutions provided by the company (Presales Work)

2. Assist the team in the deployment of products sold by the company (Deployment)

3. Assist clients with problems related to networking and IT infrastructure (After Sales Support)

4. Assist the team with other project-related works

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Information Technology and Computer related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as systems engineer or related work experience.
• Networking Expertise
• Experience with Mitel or other VoIP solutions, including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of voice communication systems.
• Ability to work independently, self-motivated, with a strong team player mentality, eagerness to learn, and proficient problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrates assertiveness and good presentation skills.
• Proficient in both spoken and written communication in English.
• Amenable to perform field work.
