About the role As a Business Systems Engineer, your main task is to implement and manage NetSuite solutions that power our partner's global eCommerce operations.

Your day-to-day tasks includes : Implementing and configuring NetSuite WMS solutions to ensure client needs are duly met Sharing your expertise and guidance on NetSuite WMS capabilities and best practices; staying updated with the latest NetSuite features and industry trends Working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify the project scope, and develop functional specifications Taking charge in system testing, training, and support for successful implementation and adoption Troubleshooting and resolving NetSuite WMS functionality and integration-related issues Keeping track of continuous improvement for optimal warehouse management processes Contributing to project planning, management, and reporting activities You’re a match if you have : At least 7 years of experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant Experience in implementing NetSuite WMS solutions for eCommerce companies In-depth knowledge of warehouse management processes and eCommerce operations Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities Ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders, as well as team members Powered by JazzHR
