JOB REQUIREMENTS :
✨ Bachelor Degree Holder
✨ At least 5 years of experience in accounts payable or invoice processing
✨ At least 2 years in a managerial role
✨ Willing to manage operations across multiple time zones
✨ Willing to work in Taguig City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
✨ Supervised the invoice processing workflow for APAC and NALA, ensuring timely and accurate handling of invoices in line with service-level agreements (SLAs).
✨Handle the resolution of parked and blocked invoices, ensuring adherence to aging standards.
✨ Manage compliance with local tax and regulatory
✨ Guide a team of invoice processing processors, setting clear goals and performance metrics.
✨ Cooperate with procurement, finance, and payment teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize processes.
