Senior IT Recruiter (AU Offshoring, Hybrid)

Schedule : Monday – Friday (7 : 00 AM- 4 : 00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Deep understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market dynamics.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills across a variety of channels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Technical background or certifications in recruiting / HR is a plus.
