What are we looking for?
Skills Required :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Deep understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market dynamics.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills across a variety of channels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Technical background or certifications in recruiting / HR is a plus.
What will you do?
Lead end-to-end IT recruitment processes including job scoping, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists, Cybersecurity Specialists).Partner with hiring managers and technical leads to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business objectives.Screen and assess candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.Maintain strong talent pipelines using platforms such as LinkedIn and job boards.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and professional candidate experience.Utilize data-driven insights and market trends to improve recruiting strategies.Ensure compliance with hiring policies, procedures, and legal requirements.Mentor junior recruiters and support talent acquisition process improvements.Join the awesome team and enjoy these benefits & perks :
