JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Open for Highschool Graduate

At least 6 months of experience in Customer Service Representative

Amenable to attend interviews

• Can start as soon as possible
• Willing to work in Cebu City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Use email and chat to handle all incoming and outgoing customer communications.
• Make careful you answer all the customer's questions.

Treat the client with efficiency, professionalism, and empathy.

• Make sure to consider the demands of the client and give prompt, efficient answers.
• Engage with internal teams and raise concerns when necessary.
