Service Agent

Job Summary :

The Service Agent is responsible for ensuring that rental vehicles are cleaned, refueled, and prepared for customer use while maintaining a high standard of service and safety. This role also assists in vehicle inspections, inventory management, and supports the operations team in delivering excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Clean and sanitize vehicle interiors and exteriors to company standards.

Refuel, check fluid levels, and ensure all vehicles are road-ready.

Conduct pre-rental and post-rental vehicle inspections (documenting damage, mileage, and fuel levels).

Transport vehicles between rental locations, service shops, and customer delivery / pickup points.

Maintain an organized parking lot and ensure proper vehicle placement.

Assist customers with basic inquiries and provide professional service when needed.

Report vehicle maintenance needs or safety concerns to supervisors.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local laws.

Support rental staff in operations such as vehicle availability, inventory checks, and fleet coordination.
