Job descriptionStrong expertise in non-voice customer support (Chat / WhatsApp) Extensive hands-on experience delivering high-quality customer support through chat and WhatsApp channels . Skilled in resolving issues efficiently, multitasking across conversations, and maintaining a professional and empathetic tone. Highly flexible working hours, no fixed shift model : Comfortable with irregular schedules and on-demand availability, rather than traditional 8-hour shift structures. Available to start immediately HMO Health Insurance avail on the 4th Month -(Employee + 1 Free Dependent) 10 VL, 10 SL, 5EL
Work Setup : Onsite (Cebu City)
Shift : No Fixed Schedule
Role Requirements :
- 2 to 4 years of recent experience in Sales ( hard selling) and chat support
demonstrated success as a top sales performer in previous roles, with a record of exceeding sales targets and receiving recognitions or awards for exceptional performance.
