About the Role

Responsible for planning, controlling and directing selling activities and personnel for the attainment of sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Execute and administer selling activities and personnel to achieve sales goals.
• Implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Control operating expenses (OPEX) and ensure implementation of cost‑control measures.
• Reduce merchandise losses and improve profitability.
• Maintain product availability, including “Basic never out” items.
• Provide training to staff to improve performance and increase productivity.
• Address operational problems through established measures.
