Role : Enterprise Sales Head
We are hiring for a hands-on sales leader with a proven track record of closing complex, multi-product deals in commercial real estate, construction, workspace solutions, or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead acquisition and closing of new enterprise clients aligned with revenue and P&L targets.
- Drive multi-product integration sales across Build, Space, and Enterprise portfolios.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies specific to the Philippine market.
- Collaborate with internal leadership to ensure delivery capacity and profitability.
- Oversee preparation of business proposals and pitch decks tailored to high-value clients.
- Lead contract negotiation with enterprise clients and coordinate with legal and finance.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely conversion of qualified leads.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and broker networks.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.At least 5 years of senior leadership experience in enterprise sales, B2B, commercial real estate, or workspace solutions.Strong network of brokers, developers, and corporate clients in the Philippines.Proven track record in closing complex deals with enterprise or multinational clients.Experience managing contract structuring and negotiations.Knowledge of flexible workspace, design-build, or fit-out solutions is preferred.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities.Why Apply?
