Head of Sales (B2B SaaS)

We are seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Head with 5-7 years of proven experience in SaaS, HR tech, payroll, fintech, or timekeeping solutions. This role requires both a hunter mentality to win new business and a builder mindset to shape the company's sales strategy, lead a team, and scale operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business by prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals with enterprise clients.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue goals.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, serving as both a leader and player-coach.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, CEOs, and other decision-makers.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine go-to-market strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Track performance metrics and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
