System Implementation and Support Specialist

WE'RE LOOKING FOR

SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPPORT SPECIALIST

(Work base : Tayud, Consolacion, Cebu)

Responsibilities :

 Responsible for providing the technical and functional support for the logistics-related system.

 Ensures that system configuration aligns with operational requirements through data gathering,

analysis, testing, and continuous improvement.

 Acts as a bridge between logistics operations and technical teams, ensuring data integrity,

supporting successful deployment, customer service excellence, and business alignment.

Qualifications :

 Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Logistics and

Supply Chain Management, or any related field.

 At least 6 months to 1 year with warehousing or delivery route planning.

•  Can work with less supervision;
•  With good interpersonal skills;
•  Excellent in oral and written communication;
•  With a good scholastic record;
