REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB :
Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin.
Can speak conversational to proficient in English.
Open to High school, undergraduates, and Bachelor’s graduates.
Having at least 1 year of Operational Support experience is a big advantage.
Open to work in a shifting schedule
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION :
Handle customer inquiries and oversee escalated issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution to deliver excellent customer service.
Support ongoing Lean initiatives and process improvement projects.
Develop quality metrics to monitor product improvements.
Ensure products align with customer expectations and market demand.
Develop and execute database queries, perform analyses, and create visualizations and reports for assigned projects.
