FILINVEST COMPANY : Crimson Resort & Spa Mactan
This role is responsible in ensuring guest satisfaction by supervising the personalized services to guests in the most courteous and efficient manner as well as contributing to optimizing room sales especialy with Korean guests / clients.
- Responding to customer requests
- Updates and records all guest information or locator in the computer and ensures all concerned departments are advised accordingly
- Receives, records and handles guest comments, suggestions and complaints for management
- Facilitates sending out amenity requests for guests that were inconvenienced
- Conducts daily Courtesy Calls to in-house guests
- Ensure awareness to room situation for the day
- Attends the daily Front Offie briefing
- Personally attends to all Korean guests queries and concerns
- Performs other duties that may be assigned by immediate head

Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related courseWith 2-3 years of related work experienceCan fluently speak and write in KoreanProficient in EnglishCan start immediatelyAmenable to work onsite at Mactan, Cebu
