Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline. Collaborative leader who motivates high-performing teams. Analytical mindset with focus on measurable impact. Role Overview
The Vice President for Service Delivery oversees OakTech's global service operations, ensuring client engagements are executed effectively, efficiently, and with measurable value. This leadership role combines operational management, strategic planning, and people development across the firm's fintech, automation, and capital markets clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of client projects from onboarding to implementation and continuous success.
- Lead and mentor teams of project managers, analysts, and technical consultants.
- Develop reusable frameworks, SOPs, and delivery playbooks to scale operations.
- Define and track service KPIs such as utilization, velocity, and client satisfaction.
- Maintain high service standards and elevate critical delivery issues.
- Ensure alignment between delivery teams and company strategy.
