Job Description
- Lead the HR department, providing strategic direction and ensuring effective management of human resources.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business goals.
- Manage talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Manage HR budget and ensure cost-effective HR operations.
- Build and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Handle HR reporting and analytics to support business decision-making.
- Lead HR projects and initiatives that contribute to the company's growth and success.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Head of HR' should have :
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in a senior HR role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
