• Lead the HR department, providing strategic direction and ensuring effective management of human resources.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Manage HR budget and ensure cost-effective HR operations.
• Build and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Handle HR reporting and analytics to support business decision-making.
• Lead HR projects and initiatives that contribute to the company's growth and success.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Head of HR' should have :

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in a senior HR role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
