The Engineering Maintenance Planner will be responsible in ensuring that all the required resources, labor, materials, tools and equipment are ready before the work is scheduled. The post holder will ensure that the maintenance plan is scheduled accordingly.

Qualifications :

Graduate of Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or any related course
Equipped with at least one (1) years of experience in a manufacturing set-up as maintenance planner
Familiar with electrical and mechanical parts specification
Knowledgeable in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications
Preferably with knowledge and good understanding of ISO, Food Safety (cGMP, HACCP, Codex, SOP, and SSOP) and Halal Assurance
Good communications kills, sketching ability and craft skill
Open for Fresh Gradautes
Willing for Shifting Schedule

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

Makes sure that all non-urgent tasks are thoroughly planned prior to execution.

Creates the weekly schedule for preventive maintenance activities.

Collaborates with the engineering team to develop and improve the preventive maintenance program.

Prepares job estimates based on historical data.

Establishes standards for recurring tasks.

Assesses workforce availability to meet scheduling needs.

Maintains up-to-date equipment records, including drawings, spare parts lists, and manuals.

Coordinates with branch offices to address concerns requiring departmental action.

Compiles a monthly report summarizing man-hours and material expenses.

Initiates purchase requisitions for all required engineering supplies.

Verifies that all necessary resources are ready before scheduling any work order.

Job Description

We are looking for a Facilities Engineering & Maintenance (FEM) Supervisor to oversee and manage the maintenance and engineering operations of our farm and dairy plant facilities. The role is responsible for ensuring all equipment, machinery, and infrastructure are running efficiently to support daily operations.

Responsibilities :

Lead and supervise the engineering & maintenance team.

Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

Monitor the performance of farm and dairy plant equipment.

Coordinate and execute facility-related projects and improvements.

Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance are strictly followed.

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and reports.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facilities or plant maintenance, preferably in an agricultural, dairy, or manufacturing setup.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Hands-on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems.

Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance reporting systems.
