We are looking for a litigation or corporate lawyer with about 3‑5 years of experience. Our offices are located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

The firm’s founder, Arturo M. Del Rosario Sr., is highly regarded as the grandfather of maritime law in the Philippines. His more than forty years of experience in maritime law has been transmitted to his two sons, now the firm’s co‑managing partners, Arturo T. Del Rosario Jr. and Ruben T. Del Rosario.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in corporate and commercial law practice, preferably in a law firm setting
• Strong background in contract drafting and review, corporate housekeeping, regulatory compliance, and due diligence
• Familiarity with SEC, BSP, and other government regulatory processes
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with clients and colleagues
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative and dynamic team
