Job descriptionLead the deployment of Power BI and other analytics tools to empower data-driven decisions. Identify automation opportunities across operations, HR, finance, and supply chain. Build an integrated digital ecosystem by connecting core systems and improving workflow efficiencies. Design and implement enterprise-grade IT systems and infrastructure from scratch . Set up governance frameworks for IT operations, project delivery, cybersecurity, and compliance. Manage IT budgets, third-party vendors, and internal teams. Serve as a technology advisor to the executive team, offering insight into emerging tools and digital trends. Champion technology adoption and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA is an advantage. 10+ years of IT leadership experience, ideally within FMCG, pharmaceutical, or startup / scale-up environments . Proven track record in SAP implementations , BI tool rollouts (especially Power BI) , and HRIS / system integrations. Strong background in automation, process improvement , and scalable tech architecture. Strategic mindset with strong business acumen. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of driving execution in evolving environments. Opportunity to lead the full digital transformation of a high-growth, global organization.
