Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Masters or MBA is a plus). At least 10 years of progressive experience in IT management, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role. Proven experience in managing enterprise infrastructure, ERP systems, cloud services, and cybersecurity. Strong background in digital transformation and IT project management. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in retail, real estate, mall operations, or similar large-scale, multi-site environments is highly advantageous. Familiarity with industry-standard platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, AWS, etc.) Executive-level leadership opportunity in a major enterprise Attractive compensation and benefits package Role with national-level impact and innovation potential
A well-established organization is seeking a Head of Information Technology (IT) to lead its enterprise-wide IT strategy, systems development, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring secure, efficient, and future-ready technology operations across all business units.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and execution of the companys overall IT strategy aligned with business goals.
- Oversee the management of IT operations, infrastructure, systems architecture, software applications, and cybersecurity.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in digital tools, process automation, and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, POS, HRIS).
- Ensure robust IT governance, data security, and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Build and lead a high-performing IT team across application development, network operations, and technical support.
- Collaborate with business leaders to assess technology needs and deliver scalable, cost-effective solutions.
