About the Role
As a CSR at Everise, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers—handling inbound (and sometimes outbound) calls, resolving issues, answering questions about products or services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The job often involves working through multiple systems, following scripts or guidelines, and sometimes making sales or providing information.
What They Look For
Good to excellent communication skills (listening & speaking)
Dependability—especially with attendance and adhering to schedules (including nights, weekends, or shifts)
Some experience in BPO / Customer Service is preferred, but fresh graduates may also be accepted especially for certain accounts.
Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems.
Ability to manage high call volumes, meet performance metrics, and resolve customer issues efficiently (often on the first call).
Benefits & Working Conditions
Salaries vary depending on account, experience, and whether work is onsite, hybrid, or work-from-home. Some listings show PHP 16,000-18,000 for temp work in provinces; others go up to PHP 20,000-24,000 for certain accounts.
