🌟 We're Hiring : Scrum Master! 🌟

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Scrum Master to support our B2C digital projects . The ideal candidate is well-versed in Agile principles and understands the technologies behind B2C web platforms , enabling them to guide development teams and deliver impactful results.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum events including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.

Ensure all Scrum ceremonies are efficient, timeboxed , and deliver clear value.

Remove impediments and promote collaboration between stakeholders and development teams.

Foster self-management , cross-functionality , and a continuous improvement culture .

Work closely with the Product Owner to maintain a prioritized, actionable backlog.

Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile frameworks, tools, and best practices.

Identify and manage risks, issues, and change impacts throughout project lifecycles.

Track sprint progress using JIRA or similar Agile project management tools.

Maintain up-to-date project and team documentation .

Understand technical architecture and dependencies to support planning and risk mitigation.

Encourage transparency, accountability , and open communication across teams.

🎓 Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , Software Engineering , or a related field.

2–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.

Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred.

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and software development practices .

Skilled in facilitation, coaching , and conflict resolution .

Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — in English.

Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams .

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.

Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about continuous learning .

💻 Preferred Technical Background

Familiarity with .NET, ReactJS, Java, and SQL technologies.

Understanding of B2C platforms , content management systems (CMS) , or e-commerce applications .

Hands-on experience in software development or testing (Frontend or Backend) is a plus.

Ability to engage in technical discussions to support delivery and planning.

💼 Work Mode : Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
