Requirements :
Graduate of any 4 years business course
At least 2 year experience in inventory control or related field.
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with supply chain and logistics processes.
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or logistics preferred.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities :
Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
Conduct regular physical inventory audits and reconciliations.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment activities.
Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and issues.
Implement and improve inventory control procedures and policies.
Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to optimize stock management.
Analyze inventory data to forecast demand and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
Prepare inventory reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Train staff on inventory control best practices.
