Inventory Manager - 3 yrs Experience

TL AISA : Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field

At least 3 years experience as an Inventory Manager or similar role

Strong knowledge of inventory management software and ERP systems

Excellent analytical and organizational skills

Ability to lead and motivate a team

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Familiarity with supply chain procedures

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools

Responsibilities :

Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels

Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies

Develop and implement inventory control procedures

Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams

Forecast inventory needs based on sales trends

Manage inventory databases and software systems

Prepare inventory reports for management

Train staff on inventory management practices

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Identify and resolve inventory-related issues
