Job descriptionResponsible in soliciting and serving of new Group clientsMeeting sales objectives in terms of new businessKeep track of his / her year-to-date goal on a monthly basisMake recommendation in critical issues pertaining to Group BusinessesConduct the following activities :Generate list of prospects of accounts from various types of industriesData gathering / profilingFranchise the prospects and prepare proposalsConduct sales presentationsOrientation to newly booked Group AccountsRecruit Group Specialist agents and assist in their training and development in accordance with the prescribed profile and training programsParticipate and contribute to the annual business planning process and cascading the committed goals to the sales, nationwideDevelop strong relationship with intermediaries like agents, general agencies and brokers to generate new Group clientsPromote the sales of group plans directly through the existing sales force and facilities of the companyOther duties that may be assigned from time to time
