Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or
a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as an HR / Admin Supervisor.
- With knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development)
- With an understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- With outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- With excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- With interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels
- With problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- With strong ethics and reliability.
- Potential to handle a leadership role.
- Must be knowledgeable in processing permits from LGU agencies.
- With experience dealing with lawyers, recruitment agencies, and prospective suppliers,
Health care provider (HMO), Local gov't agencies
Preferably a resident of Quezon City or the surrounding areas or localitiesFamiliar with computers, systems, and connections.SALARY RANGE will be discussed
