Job Summary :
The HR Staff will be responsible for supporting the academy’s recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and basic staff support functions. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, people-oriented, and passionate about building a great team culture.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in posting job ads, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews
- Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
- Monitor staff schedules, timekeeping, and attendance
- Support employee engagement and performance tracking activities
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented and followed
- Coordinate staff training and development sessions
- Handle basic employee concerns or relay them to management
- Assist with offboarding and exit interviews
Qualifications :
