- 4 to 6 years experience as a Team Lead in any voice LOBs (preferably in Retail domain)
Responsibilities :
Staff Management : This includes tasks like recruitment, training, performance evaluations, scheduling, and addressing employee concerns.Customer Relations : Assistant Managers often interact with customers, handle complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.Operational Support : They might be involved in inventory management, maintaining store standards, ensuring safety, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the business.Communication and Coordination : They act as a bridge between management and staff, relaying information, implementing procedures, and facilitating communication.
