Position Overview
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to executives by managing schedules, organizing documents, coordinating meetings, and handling communications. This role requires strong organization, discretion, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, organize, and file documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including calls, emails, and memos.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events.
- Take meeting minutes and ensure timely distribution and follow-up of action items.
- Assist in monitoring deadlines, project timelines, and confidential matters.
- Conduct basic research, data gathering, and report preparation as needed.
- Serve as the point of contact between the executive and internal or external stakeholders.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Perform other administrative or office tasks as assigned by the executive.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (preferred but not required).Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with minimal supervision.Discretion and confidentiality are essential.Key Competencies :
