Manage and maintain schedules, appointments and travel arrangements for the President and CEO, including coordinating meetings and events
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other materials for the President and CEO
Perform filing works and central document control functions for the President and CEO
Monitor, screen, respond to incoming communications for the President and CEO as well as circulate outgoing communications as necessary
Serve as front-liner in receiving incoming calls and visitors of the President and CEO
Assist in the processing of liquidations / reimbursements, payment endorsements and releases for the President and CEO
Perform other works that maybe assigned by the President and CEO, that may contribute to the achievement of the company goals
Job Specifications :
Must be a graduate of any business course
At least 3 years working experience in providing administrative support for an executive level
Experience working in the energy industry or other related businesses is an advantage
With very good verbal and written communication skills (English and Filipino)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
Organized and with good coordination and planning skills
Trustworthy and can handle confidential information
Able to work under pressure and can perform multiple tasks at the same time
Can work under minimum supervision
With pleasing personality, resilient to changes, able to communicate and deal with various stakeholders, good-natured disposition and outgoing
