Role Summary

As a Quality Analyst, you play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions in our dynamic and rapidly growing fintech company. You have a passion for driving excellence, optimizing processes, and maintaining the highest standards of quality. With your extensive experience and keen eye for detail, you lead the charge in assuring the reliability, usability, and performance of our innovative products.

Responsibilities

• You assist in adherence to industry best practices, standards, and methodologies, contributing to a culture of quality excellence throughout the organization.
• You develop comprehensive test plans and strategies, leveraging your deep understanding of the business and technical requirements. You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define testing objectives, scope, and success criteria.
• You contribute to the execution and management of test activities, including test design, test case development, and test execution. You employ a range of testing techniques to identify defects, track issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• You contribute to the implementation and evolution of test automation frameworks and tools.

You identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, streamline test processes, and improve efficiency and effectiveness.

You identify areas for enhancement and contribute to initiatives to optimize testing practices, resulting in increased efficiency and higher product quality.
