TASQ is looking for a Philippines-based lead QA engineer to start working ASAP.

Job Title : Lead QA Engineer | REMOTE

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and implement automation scripts using testing tools.

Create testing strategies, documentation, and processes.

Report and discuss issues with the development team.

Conduct both manual and automated testing, including script creation for projects.

Provide detailed records of results, test cases, and feedback to the project team.

Ensure the final product meets the project objectives.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in QA processes, programming languages, and test management tools.

Extensive experience with test automation tools (e.g., Postman, Selenium).

Experience in API Testing.

Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.

Leadership experience is a plus.

Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in presentation and report writing.

Preferred Skills / Experience / Certifications :

Relevant certifications in Azure, Microsoft, Agile, etc.

Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases.
