Role Overview

The Delivery Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of Data & Analytics projects leveraging Informatica tools and platforms. This includes Master Data Management (MDM), Enterprise Data Platform (EDP), Data Integration, and Business Intelligence (BI) initiatives. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with BDO’s data governance, security, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Governance

Own the full delivery lifecycle for Informatica-based projects, adhering to BDO’s SDLC processes.

Develop and maintain project plans, scope, estimates, and schedules.

Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure timely resolution.

Ensure compliance with solution architecture and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder & Team Management

Collaborate with business sponsors, architects, and cross-functional teams.

Manage internal resources and third-party vendors for successful delivery.

Provide technical guidance on Informatica tools and data integration best practices.

Testing & Quality Assurance

Oversee SIT and UAT phases, ensuring defect resolution and quality deliverables.

Validate data migration, transformation, and integration processes.

Vendor & Resource Coordination

Manage onboarding / offboarding of project resources.

Ensure vendor deliverables meet contractual obligations and quality standards.

Documentation & Transition

Ensure creation of project documentation, user manuals, and training materials.

Facilitate smooth handover to production support teams.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience :

5–10 years in IT project delivery within financial services.

At least 2 years managing Informatica-based projects (MDM, Data Integration, ETL).

Strong knowledge of data architecture, governance, and compliance in banking.

Certifications : PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications preferred.

Technical Skills :

Expertise in Informatica PowerCenter, MDM, Data Quality.

Familiarity with SQL, cloud data platforms (AWS / Azure), and BI tools.

Soft Skills : Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Attributes

Experience in large-scale data migration and modernization projects.

Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work in a matrix environment.

Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
