Job descriptionDrive continuous improvement in service levels through key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify cost reduction opportunities by streamlining processes and systems. Plan, direct, and supervise the work activities of your staff. Monitor and report on team performance and take corrective actions as needed. Ensure activities meet quality standards and manage the team\'s budget. Serve as the key contact for US business units and act as a guide for the global teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain, Materials Management or related field Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Database, BI Tools, and ERP systems, specifically Supply Chain modules Experience in management / leadership role overseeing supply chain operations for a global organizations Skilled in leading governance and compliance initiatives, with a track record of creating and execution of effective policies and procedures. Healthcare background ERP Packages Workday tools A global company with a rich 150-year history, now with a new presence in the Philippines. The Global Supply Chain Director will be a strategic leader, responsible for driving business performance and supporting company goals. This role oversees all supply chain operations in the Global Center of Excellence in Manila, working in close partnership with US leadership team.
