About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and hungry Sales Director with a deep understanding of the FinTech and payments space , particularly in the Philippine market. This is a senior, high-responsibility role focused on generating new business, nurturing new relationships with stakeholders, closing complex deals, and managing client relationships from first contact through implementation, to full potential and referrals.
This is not a typical sales role . You’ll be expected to quickly get up to speed on a flexible, complex, API-based product and help clients understand how our solutions fit into their payment flows and tech stack. You’ll also be the bridge between client needs and our product / engineering teams – driving deals from discovery to activation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales lifecycle : prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, onboarding, reaching full potential and referrals
- Handle both inbound leads and outbound prospecting , leveraging your network and our lead generation channels.
- Rapidly gain a detailed understanding of the product and how it can be adapted to clients’ payment workflows, so that you can lead the initial sales conversations and technical discoveries with credibility and insight, to build trust with potential clients that you’re an expert in solving their payments problems.
- Partner with internal product specialists , engineers , and executives to scope and close customized payment solutions.
- Be the main point of contact for the client throughout the onboarding and implementation process.
- Maintain deep client engagement and foster long-term relationships to maximize client value and generate referrals.
- Collaborate closely with our implementation, support, and success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You Are
Deeply experienced in FinTech sales , ideally specialising in payments solutions. .Curious, solution-oriented , and passionate about solving clients’ payments and cash flow issues, the use of APIs, and business processes and workflows.Fast learner who can digest complex product knowledge and lead client discussions with confidence.Comfortable in a start-up culture with speed, autonomy, and high expectations.A natural communicator and relationship builder – skilled in trust-building, discovery, and storytelling.You take ownership : You don’t wait for perfect collateral or processes – you lead, hack, and make things happen.Not afraid to push clients forward and challenge internal teams constructively.Strong English communication skills; confident presenting decks and leading client meetings.An advantage to have had experience in running your own small business and / or responsible for revenue and cash flow in a division of a larger organisation, to demonstrate your understanding of the issues that a flexible and stable payments system solves, and the value of those solutions.What We Offer

PHP 120,000 to 150,000 per month base salary
