Are you a sharp, systems-driven supply chain leader with a passion for precision, process, and performance? Dragon Edge Group (DEG) is looking for a Supply Chain Operations Head to drive world-class logistics, procurement, and inventory management for our fast-growing consumer brands. What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end supply chain functions : demand planning, procurement, warehouse ops, and last-mile delivery
• Build reliable forecasting and inventory systems that eliminate stockouts for top SKUs
• Drive operational KPIs like DIFOT (Delivery In Full On Time), inventory health (DSI), and cost-to-sales ratio
• Manage and optimize 3PLs, warehouse performance, and fulfillment partners
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance to align plans, reduce waste, and improve efficiency
• Champion cost savings initiatives and develop a high-performing operations team
