Job Requirements :

✨Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting.

✨At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable - Invoice Posting.

✨Amendable to attend online interview.

✨Amendable to work as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities :

✨ Review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization

✨Enter invoices into the accounts payable system, ensuring correct general ledger coding and cost center allocation

✨Reconcile vendor statements to resolve discrepancies promptly

✨Verify and process invoices, match them with purchase orders, and ensure compliance with company policies

✨Other task may be assigned by immediate superior
