The Public Relations and Content Associate supports the Global PR Manager and collaborates with teams such as marketing, sales, and career support to strengthen the company’s visibility and credibility in the U.S. market. The role focuses on managing social media, developing high-quality content, and monitoring U.S. industry news to drive engagement and awareness.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management & Content Development
Lead or assist in managing and growing company social media channels, initially focusing on X (Twitter), with plans to expand to Facebook and LinkedIn.
Create engaging and informative content that builds credibility and attracts potential clients and users.
Collaborate across teams to produce lead-generating content and plan social media campaigns.
Support strategy creation, scheduling, and performance tracking for social initiatives.
2. Content Creation for Owned Media
Write and edit informative articles aligned with content marketing goals to engage audiences and increase web traffic.
Conduct in-depth research to independently develop high-quality, relevant materials.
Produce content supporting global PR efforts, including stakeholder communications.
3. U.S. News Monitoring
Track and share U.S. industry news daily, focusing on topics related to the company’s business areas.
Provide internal updates to keep teams and leadership informed of trends and policy changes.
Prepare to take on additional PR or strategic responsibilities through ongoing monitoring.
4. Additional Responsibilities
Assist with broader communication, marketing, and research tasks as needed to support company initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of professional English writing experience for external audiences
Proven experience in social media strategy, management, and growth
Strong research skills and ability to create content independently
Experience in content writing (3+ years), social media management, and U.S. client support
Background in healthcare-related programs is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced skills in visual or video content creation
Knowledge of U.S. healthcare, labor market, or economic policies
Journalism or corporate communications experience
