Responsibilities
- Leading all HR functions : workforce planning, performance management, compliance, employee relations
- Designing and implementing scalable HR processes : recruitment, onboarding, L&D, retention
- Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership on people, culture, and engagement
- Building frameworks that support both Australian and international teams
- Owning brand, communications, and external positioning
- Leading marketing strategy across digital, social, PR, and campaigns
- Overseeing content creation, community engagement, and paid media strategies
- Partnering with sales and leadership to ensure consistent messaging
Qualifications
Deep HR experience in the Australian market, including awards and union negotiations5+ years in combined HR and marketing leadership rolesHands-on experience building HR systems for scaling businessesDemonstrated ability to design and deliver marketing strategies (digital, social, PR, campaigns)Capable of switching between strategy and execution seamlesslyStrong team leadership and stakeholder management skillsPreferred : APAC-based expat with Australian HR backgroundWork Setup & Culture
