We’re on the hunt for a Player Engagement Manager who’s equal parts strategist, creator, and optimizer — someone who understands what makes players tick and knows how to turn every interaction into a win. You’ll be the mastermind behind the systems that keep players coming back : XP tiers, daily streaks, leaderboard glory, exclusive offers, and more. This is an onsite position, where you\'ll collaborate closely with product, marketing, design, and development to craft experiences that are not only seamless but seriously fun.

What You’ll Be Driving

• Player Experience & Gamification
• Build and evolve our loyalty systems , including XP tiers, reward structures, and progression loops
• Own gamified features like leaderboards, daily streaks, and bonus mechanics
• Design and manage compelling promotions and campaigns — from streak rewards to exclusive discounts
• Analyze player behavior and use insights to improve retention and lifetime value
• Partner with design and dev teams to bring engaging, gamified features to life
• eCommerce & Site Operations
• Oversee and QA player-facing pages (homepage, shop,
