Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Relevant Work Experience
- 8+ years of experience in HR, employee engagement, internal communications, or organizational development.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role, managing engagement programs and employee experience initiatives.
- In-depth experience in event planning management, internal communications, employee recognition programs, reports generation, vendor management.

1. Employee Engagement & Culture DevelopmentDesign and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance motivation, productivity, and workplace satisfaction.
Plan and execute engagement activities, including team-building events, wellness programs, and CSR initiatives.Develop and manage employee recognition programs that align with company culture and values.Monitor and address employee concerns, ensuring a positive employee experience.2. Internal Communications & BrandingDevelop and manage internal communication channels such as newsletters, emails, social media, and employee portals.
Craft compelling messages to drive engagement and ensure alignment with company objectives.Collaborate with marketing and leadership to strengthen employer branding.3. HR Analytics & Employee Experience MetricsConduct employee engagement surveys, focus group discussions, and feedback mechanisms.
Analyze survey results and propose initiatives to address concerns and improve engagement.Track and report key engagement metrics to leadership for continuous improvement.4. Event Planning & Program ExecutionLead the planning and execution of corporate events, town halls, and milestone celebrations.
Coordinate with vendors, speakers, and internal teams to ensure successful events.Oversee logistics, budgeting, and post-event evaluations.5. Collaboration & Stakeholder EngagementWork closely with HR, leadership, and department heads to drive a culture of engagement.
Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and high employee morale.Act as an advocate for employees by addressing concerns and providing feedback to HR leadership.Job Details
