This position is highly interactive and client-facing—ideal for someone confident on video, great with communication, and motivated to help clients succeed.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct client-facing video calls and screen shares to guide users and build strong rapport
Manage a portfolio of 75–100 clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and product adoption
Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions via video, email, and chat
Track client activity, update records, and follow up consistently to support retention
Identify upsell opportunities and support overall account growth
Requirements :
1–3 years of account management, customer success, or client-facing experience (must be clearly shown on your resume)
Excellent spoken and written English with professional communication skills
Strong comfort level with live video calls and screen-sharing presentations
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZenDesk, or similar (a plus, not required)
Experience managing multiple client accounts and meeting retention or upsell goals
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
Stable internet connection of at least 200 Mbps
Dual-monitor setup and distraction-free workspace
Compensation :
Training Pay : $7,200 USD per year
Post-Training Salary : $8,400 USD per year
