About the Role
GoGym is seeking a highly capable and performance-driven Area Manager to oversee the operations and commercial performance of four gym branches : GoGym BGC East, GoGym myStay Los Angeles, GoGym Villena, and the Area Manager’s designated home gym, GoGym Plus New York.
This is a key leadership role that blends sales management, operations oversight, and team development to ensure all branches under your supervision meet or exceed company standards for growth, profitability, and member experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and commercial performance of four GoGym branches, ensuring strong execution across sales, service, and facilities
- Drive membership sales, personal training sales, and upselling activities across all locations, in line with targets set by the Executive Team
- Generate and submit weekly sales and performance reports for review by the Executive Team, highlighting key KPIs and recommending action plans
- Supervise and support frontline teams (coaches, sales, and maintenance staff), including scheduling, performance evaluation, and training
- Implement and enforce GoGym SOPs, ensuring consistent execution of cleanliness, safety, facility upkeep, and customer service standards
- Track and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including member retention, net member movement, NPS, PT conversion, and sales performance
- Conduct regular site visits and operational audits to ensure brand consistency and service excellence across all assigned branches
- Act as the escalation point for member issues that cannot be resolved at the branch level, ensuring quick and professional resolution
- Collaborate with the Executive Team and Marketing Team to execute campaigns, promotions, and operational initiatives
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development to build high-performing and well-aligned branch teams
- Assist in the launch and stabilization of new gyms within your area when assigned
- Handle ad hoc tasks and operational assignments as directed by the Executive Team, especially during periods of high growth, new openings, or performance recovery efforts
Performance Expectations
The Area Manager is directly responsible for the commercial performance of all assigned branches, including the attainment of :

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations and / or multi-branch management, ideally in the fitness, retail, or hospitality industryDemonstrated experience in sales leadership, including setting targets, coaching teams, and performance trackingStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities across multiple locationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and TagalogProficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); familiarity with CRM or task management tools is a plusMust be based in Metro Manila and able to travel regularly between assigned gymsPreferred : Owns a motorcycle or personal vehicle for easier mobilityWhat We Offer
