Our Retail Banking Group Sales team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati and Quezon City as Area Sales Directors .

In this role, you will lead and manage sales efforts within a specific area or region. Your key responsibilities include developing and executing effective sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting our Sales Associates and Officers to ensure success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets, identify new business opportunities, and analyze market trends.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing support, guidance, and training to the sales team.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and monitor sales performance.
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, and drive initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring daily activities align with targets.
• Coach, mentor, and train sales team members, including hiring and onboarding new personnel.
