Role Description
The District Manager (NORTH LUZON) will lead and develop a high-performing sales team. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring target achievement, and monitoring key performance metrics. The District Sales Manager will coach and mentor team members, conduct field visits, and foster professional development to strengthen selling skills and product knowledge. The position also oversees the execution of sales and marketing initiatives, builds strong relationships with key medical and trade partners, and provides market insights to support strategy. In addition, the role ensures compliance with reporting and administrative requirements, while recruiting and managing talent to maintain a fully staffed and motivated district.
