Job Description
Manages email queries and requests coming into the Sales Support inbox for Expedia TAAP
Handles inbound and outbound calls for Sales Support
Raises escalations / tickets to the relevant EPS Teams and Expedia RDM and follows through till resolution
Processes new registrations and provides trainings to new & existing TAAP Affiliate Partners
Processes manual commission adjustments
Liaises with and supports the Sales / Account Managers in their daily work
Logs all their activities on Salesforce daily, upon completion of each task
Provides assistance with Sales & Marketing projects, Telesales campaigns and promotions
Provides temporary support / cover for other markets’ Sales Support Team members in case of absence (sick leave, or during Staff recruitment process) upon request by Discover the World Management
Performs other ad-hoc tasks and special projects as per assigned by their Supervisor / Team Leader
Job Qualifications :
Possesses a completed degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or related fields.
Brings several years of professional experience in tourism sales, ideally within an airline company.
Deep understanding of the travel industry and aviation market.
Strong technical understanding of airline operations.
Solid technical understanding of the various distribution channels used in the marketplace.
Experience in Expedia.
Exhibits strong communication skills.
Willingness to work Afternoon Shift.
